RB+B Architects is looking for an individual with strong clerical skills to support our office operations. These tasks would include but are not limited to:
Project Support
- Contract Assembly and Coordination. We use electronic contract software which requires coordination and organizational skills to issue complete and accurate contracts on a timely basis.
- Specification Assembly. A significant number of PDFs must be formatted, compiled, and book-marked to meet project deadlines in Bluebeam software.
- Documenting project content for internal use, generating project templates, writing or formatting meeting minutes, and preparation of client meeting material.
IT Support
- Non-technical IT Tasks. This would include running software updates on all office computers on a two-week cycle and documenting and notifying staff when each series of updates is complete on their computer.
Marketing Support
- This requires writing and editing skills and an understanding of programs like InDesign. Activities include proposal writing support, content gathering from consultants, some document assembly, and graphic skills.
General Office Support
- This will include several clerical tasks that generally do not involve financial or confidential information. Activities will include purchasing or delivery trips within Northern Colorado, and event or meeting scheduling and organization. Basic computer skills are required along with an understanding of general office operation software like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Power Point. A valid driver’s license is required.
For all support activities, basic math, coordination, computer-based filing, and review skills are required.
We expect that you are positive, detail-oriented, confident and motivated. You can effectively communicate and openly collaborate and will express time management skills necessary to meet project deadlines. Although you can work remotely occasionally, daily working in person is expected.
