The Carousel Dinner Theater, a longtime fixture in Fort Collins, underwent a transformation and is now the Midtown Arts Center. The abandoned 22,000-square-foot four-plex cinema was re-imagined to expand the client’s theater offerings and includes a new 230-seat home for the dinner theater as well as a 200-seat multi-use/banquet hall with accommodation for a future 200-seat community theater and black box theater.

The original cinema lobby was converted to a dramatic entry promenade, an intimate bar, banquet pre-function space and includes a full service kitchen. The former projection mezzanine provides dressing and green rooms, offices and a 30-seat balcony to accommodate private parties.
