Careers

RB+B Architects is continually looking for talented staff to join our team. If you are interested in working with a firm that combines a solid history with responsible design, creativity and sustainability, send us a note! At RB+B, our projects range from craft breweries to K-12 schools and have received recognition at the local, state and national levels for their design excellence and positive impact on communities. RB+B’s staff has remained around 20-25 in size for a decade, which is large enough to take on complex, high-profile projects yet small enough that each member of the design team works closely with one another.

RB+B does not have any current job openings.

RB+B Architects’ Firm Culture

Our firm encourages a relaxed but active working environment that underscores a work hard/play hard mentality: Principals to Interns enjoy in-office collaborative charrettes, Friday morning break with design chats, and collaborative discussions to assist in our continuing education. When the workday is over, members of our team find our “footings” in climbing Fourteeners, skiing, biking, running, roller and ice skating, playing hockey, and enjoying the Fort Collins craft beer scene.

RB+B is known for exceeding client expectations and consistently setting a new standard for how architectural services are delivered. We focus on fostering a work environment that encourages individuals to excel and develop their own professional skill sets as well.

Professional Involvement

Sure, designing great architecture is one way to give back to the community, but we also encourage staff to get connected and give back in other ways, too.

  • Fort Collins MOCA Masks
  • AIA Mentoring Program
  • Committee Involvement in Professional Organizations
  • GIVE Program
  • Opportunities to give to charitable organizations at employee milestones

Building Knowledge

Design Confidence is a concept we bring to each of our projects, and the way we can offer clients that confidence is by continually advancing our design knowledge. Whether we are meeting internally to learn how to utilize new technology to better visualize a building, or hosting an annual Sustainability Management System workshop to get creative in designing learning spaces, RB+B has a culture built on sharing information to enhance the services we provide.

  • Friday Design Chats/Knowledge Shares
  • Design Advocates on Projects
  • Annual Innovation Retreats
