Are you a recent design graduate looking to join a firm with a solid project history that incorporates cutting edge design with innovation and sustainability?
With an emphasis on high-performance design, RB+B Architects designs spaces that are vibrant, sustainable, and comfortable for those who inhabit them. Our collaborative design process engages each client personally, centers on the discovery of creative solutions, and results in Design Confidence®: which is the assurance our clients have that the design process is inclusive and their building will be a reflection of what makes them unique. Our projects range from craft breweries to K-12 schools and have received recognition at the local, state and national levels for their creativity and positive impact on communities.
RB+B’s staff has remained around 20 in size for a decade, which is large enough to take on complex, high profile projects yet small enough that each member of the design team works closely with one another. Our firm encourages a relaxed but active working environment that underscores a work hard/play hard mentality: Principals to Interns enjoy in-office collaborative charrettes, Friday morning break with design chats, and collaborative discussions to assist in our continuing education. When the workday is over, members of our team find our “footings” in climbing Fourteeners, skiing, biking, running, roller and ice skating, playing hockey, and enjoying the Fort Collins craft beer scene.
We are unique in our staff and office culture by bringing a “family” attitude to the office both during the workday and after hours. We value integrity, quality, and lasting relationships, extending those same values into all of our projects. RB+B is known for consistently exceeding client expectations and setting a new standard for how architectural services are delivered. We focus on fostering a work environment that encourages individuals to excel and develop their own professional skill sets as well.
The ideal candidate for this job has a purposeful attitude with a regard for the details. They are confident in their design pursuits, and motivated with a passion for creative and innovative design. They find communication and open collaboration a staple for good design, and use effective time management skills to organize their work.
