Are you a Project Architect/Manager looking to join a firm that combines a solid history with cutting edge design, innovation and sustainability?

With an emphasis on high-performance design, RB+B Architects designs spaces that are vibrant, sustainable, and comfortable for those who inhabit them. Our collaborative design process engages each client personally, centers on the discovery of creative solutions, and results in Design Confidence®. Our projects range from craft breweries to K-12 schools and have received recognition at the local, state and national levels for their creativity and positive impact on communities.

RB+B’s staff size has remained around 20 for over a decade, which is large enough to take on complex, high profile projects yet small enough that each member of the design team works closely with one another. We have a relaxed but active culture that emphasizes a work hard/play hard mentality. During the day we have in-office collaborative charrettes, Friday design chats, and engaging discussions to facilitate continuing education. But when the workday is over, our team loves climbing fourteeners, skiing, biking, running road races and enjoying the Fort Collins craft beer scene together.

What makes us unique? Our staff is made of a great group of people who genuinely like and respect each other, both during the workday and after hours. We value integrity, quality, and relationships, and extend that same culture to our projects.

We expect that you are positive, detail-oriented, confident and motivated with a passion for implementing creative and innovative design solutions.  You are able to effectively communicate and openly collaborate, and will express time management skills necessary to meet project deadlines.

If you enjoy working with dynamic, talented team members who care about sustainability and serving as a positive influence in our communities through Architecture, send your resume and portfolio to ahoward@rbbarchitects.com. Tell us why you think you’d be a great fit! We’d love to consider you for our team.
