Wayne Carle Middle School Addition

As part of the District’s 2018 bond, this project is part of a planned expansion that was considered nearly two decades ago when RB+B designed the original Wayne Carle Middle School. The existing building, with great daylighting from clerestory windows and well-designed classroom lighting throughout, has expansive views to the west of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

The addition at Wayne Carle expands the building to accommodate a new 6^th grade student population and adds a new secure entry into the administrative area. The addition comprises two stories with classrooms, science rooms and upgraded finishes to blend with the original color schemes throughout the rest of the school.
