The Rialto Theater Center is a 20,000-squarefoot addition to the historic and much beloved Rialto Theater in the heart of downtown Loveland. This dynamic public/private/philanthropic partnership resulted in a $4 million developer driven project including major financial support from the City and the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado. The project includes much-needed back-of-house uses for the Rialto Theater connecting to the existing stage, a street-fronting restaurant, expanded theater lobby and patron service areas, a second level community room and third story commercial office spaces.

The building fills the entirety of two 25′ x 140′ lots owned by developer Troy Peterson and the City of Loveland. Total square footage for the project is approximately 20,000 sf of new construction not including minor alterations to the Rialto lobby and stage areas.
