In 2024, RB+B completed a master plan for Platte Valley Schools (PVS) to evaluate and plan remedies for the District’s ongoing facility needs. In addition to a planned Middle School Replacement, the addition of preschool classrooms, and districtwide deferred maintenance, a plan was put in place to replace the District’s Central Administrative facility with a new building.
Located on the southwest end of the middle and high school campus, the facility houses administrative offices and support space for PVS. The 9,700 SF facility accommodates 110 staff members. IT and office functions are separated into two wings. An 1,800 SF community room is also included, accommodating 100 people. Small conference rooms and a kitchenette were also designed.
