Odell Wine Project

After decades of brewing craft beer, Odell Brewing Company has taken on a new adventure in the world of fermentation. The Odell Wine Project renovates an existing metal building that was previously being used as a small production facility for their Fort Collins brewery operations into new production space, a lab/office, cooler, and tasting room. A new outdoor patio and community wine garden all welcome patrons to enjoy the year-round sunshine.

While the primary focus of the renovated space was on the production of wine, Odell will also use the new facility to experiment with other beverage types. The small project budget necessitated a simple and efficient design. Leftover pavers from the original Odell Brewing Company patio were utilized, and other materials were selected for their cost savings and ability to minimize waste while creatively telling the Odell story.
