Mirroring the same production capacity as their RiNo location tap room, Odell Brewing Company at Sloan’s Lake will expand its offerings to include wood-fired pizzas and appetizers to accompany their flavorful beers on tap. This new location in the Sloan’s Lake area of Denver renovates an existing building and expands the facility to create a friendly, festive environment that resembles the atmosphere in their main Fort Collins brewery and biergarten.
The renovated portion of this existing building at one time served as an auditorium on the St. Andrew’s Hospital campus. The design concept for this uniquely re-purposed brewery and restaurant space is to allow patrons to, “catch a brew by the park”. Its design character incorporates glazed brick walls, terrazzo floors, a parquet wood floor stage, and historic phone booths and mailboxes servings as merchandising displays on the interior. The rooftop bar upstairs will be enclosed, using windows to deliver views of the lake in every direction. The rooftop deck is a highlight of this brewery, creating a light and airy feel, supported by retractable awning canopies, hops growing in planters, and additional views of the lake.
