Odell Brewing at Sloan’s Lake

Mirroring the same production capacity as their RiNo location tap room, Odell Brewing Company at Sloan’s Lake expands its offerings to include chef-inspired pizzas and appetizers that accompany their flavorful beers on tap. This new location in the Sloan’s Lake area of Denver renovated an existing building and expanded the facility to create a friendly, festive environment resembling the atmosphere at their main Fort Collins’ brewery and biergarten.

The renovated portion of this existing building at one time served as an auditorium on the St. Andrew’s Hospital campus. The design concept for this uniquely re-purposed brewery and restaurant space allows patrons to, “catch a brew by the park”. Its design character incorporates original glazed brick walls, terrazzo floors, a parquet wood stage floor, and a historic phone booth. The rooftop bar upstairs is enclosed, using windows to deliver views of the lake in every direction. The rooftop deck is a highlight of this brewery, creating a light and airy feel, supported by retractable awning canopies, hops growing in planters, and additional views of the lake.
