Arapahoe Ridge and Cotton Creek Elementary Renovations

Both Arapahoe Ridge and Cotton Creek Elementary Schools were over capacity and planned to have additional growth in the near-term when RB+B was selected to expand each building. Each project included: adding a classroom wing to replace spaces currently housed in modular classrooms, various deferred maintenance items, and new exterior space. Both schools sit on small, hilly sites which made finding locations for the additions challenging. However, in both cases, a two-story addition that stepped down the adjacent hillside was developed.

Both projects occurred concurrently with two different Design Advisory Groups.
