The Rialto Theater Center is a 20,000-squarefoot addition to the historic and much beloved Rialto Theater in the heart of downtown Loveland. The project includes much-needed back-of-house uses for the Rialto Theater connecting to the existing stage, a street-fronting restaurant, expanded theater lobby and patron service areas, a second level community room and third story commercial office spaces.
